This is a legally binding agreement between you, the user (referred to as “user” or “you”) of the Programs, as defined below, and Global Path Consulting (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “Global Path Consulting”) stating the terms that govern your use of the Platform, as defined below. The WorldGrad provides and operates the website www.globalpathconsulting.com and mobile apps (together referred to as the “Platform”), as well as the information, services, and other materials included within. Global Path Consulring provides specifically developed online higher education programs (“Programs”).

Please read our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other policies available on the Platform (collectively referred to as the “Terms”), which govern your use of the Platform and Programs. By accepting these Terms in any way or using the website, you consent, agree, and promise to abide, be bound by, and adhere to the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not entitled to benefit of/use the Programs, and any subsequent usage is unauthorised.

Refunds, deferrals, fees, and other conditions may be different for each Program.

These Terms apply to Global Path Consulting-hosted mobile applications, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, email/SMS/phone conversations, and other social media forums maintained by The Global Path Consulting, all of which are assumed to be part of the ‘Platform’ by reference. You recognise that, as previously stated, certain aspects of the Platform are supplied by third-party service providers, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. Global Path Consulting shall not be liable for any service disruptions caused by such third-party service providers.

Although you may “bookmark” a certain piece of the Platform and therefore avoid these Terms, your usage of the Platform nonetheless binds you to these Terms.

We have the right to amend these Terms at any moment without prior notice. This page should be reviewed on a frequent basis. Your continuing use of the Platform and Programs after modifications have been made will be interpreted as confirmation that you have read and accepted the changes. You should not use the Platform or Programs if you disagree with any modifications to these Terms.

Global Path Consulting makes no claims that the Platform operates (or is legally authorised to function) in all geographic regions, or that the Platform, or the information, services, or products supplied via it, are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Accessing the Platform from regions where the Platform, or any of its content or functionality, is unlawful is explicitly forbidden. If you choose to use the Platform, you accept and recognise that you do so at your own initiative and risk, and that you are entirely responsible for complying with all relevant laws.
